Q: Why does it say a song or album is UNAVAILABLE if it’s just a download?

A: We track our digital sales through our inventory management in order to pay the artists the correct amount of royalties. If a product is listed as "Unavailable", we will pay additional royalties to the artist and re-list the product. This is typically done the same day a product becomes unavailable.

Q: How long will it take to get my downloads?

A: Download links are available immediately after payment is received. It is an automated system. You may download your song file(s) up to three times.

Q: Something is wrong with my downloads?

A: If something is wrong, contact us with your order number for manual delivery.

Q: How long will it take to get physical goods?

A: Orders ship within 2 business days. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the item(s) ship.

Q: Can you make me a lullaby of _____________?

A: We sure can! Check out our Custom Lullabies page.

Q: How is this legal?

A: A mechanical license has been acquired for each song available on SparrowSleeps.com. In many cases, we have contacted and/or worked with the artist on their specific release, which can be seen through their support on social media as well as their feedback on their specific product pages. We pay royalties up front to the rights holder for all of our songs before we make them available for sale.

Sparrow Sleeps owns the sole rights to sell or distribute our recordings (lullaby cover songs) only. The original songs and/or recordings from which our recordings are based belong to the rights holder (artist, label, and/or publisher) for each song. Permission to sell or distribute recordings must be granted by the rights holder.
